We work with a large number of clients ranging from individual people needing self assessment tax returns right through to over 150 limited companies and a Plc based in London.

Limited Company Distillery 

We have acted for the limited company for over 6 years, they moved to us from a previous accountant after their limited company accounts were consistently filed late at companies house, incurring late filing penalties.

The work we complete for the client consists of the following:

  • Quarterly bookkeeping 
  • Completion of the quarterly vat return and filing with HMRC
  • Year end statutory accounts with filing at companies house
  • Calculating corporation tax liability and filing the CT600 with HMRC
  • Company secretarial and filing of the confirmation statement
  • Weekly and monthly payroll
  • Management accounts when needed
  • 2 self assessment tax returns for the directors

Limited Company group of care homes

We have acted for the limited company for over 12 years, they are a group of companies and last year was the first year they needed an audit.

The work we complete for the client consists of the following:

  • Year end statutory accounts with filing at companies house
  • Calculating corporation tax liability and filing the CT600 with HMRC
  • Company secretarial and filing of the confirmation statement
  • Co-ordinating with the outside auditor

Partnership public house

We have acted for the partnership for over 7 years, they moved to us from a previous accountant after they were not given enough support, and their accounts and tax returns were consistently late being prepared.

The work we complete for the client consists of the following:

  • Quarterly bookkeeping 
  • Completion of the quarterly vat return and filing with HMRC
  • Year end partnership accounts 
  • Calculating personal tax liabilities
  • Weekly and monthly payroll
  • 2 self assessment tax returns for the partners and partnership tax return
  • Email and phone support when needed with a 24hr response time

London based Plc

We have acted for the plc for over 20 years.

The work we complete for the client consists of the following:

  • Monthly bookkeeping and payment of all invoices
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Monthly payroll
  • Calculation of monthly NAV and submitting to the London Stock Exchange
  • Preparing six monthly interim accounts and submitting to the Board and companies house
  • Completing year end statutory accounts and co-ordinating with the auditors and filing the accounts at companies house
  • Calculating corporation tax liability and filing the CT600 with HMRC
  • Company secretarial and filing of the confirmation statement
  • Keeping the share register up to date
  • Attending board meetings and the AGM and taking minutes at the meetings
